Wendy's - Jacksonville

Although the line was long, the waiting time was not too bad. The lady who took my order was very nice and helpful. It was my first time trying crispy chicks, great!!

Very clean establishment and the drink/soda fountain machine has every flavor imaginable. There us a deal if you enroll in their app as a new app ordering customer. In March (2022) they have Dave's Single for $1 when ordering through App.

I stopped going to Wendy's a year ago, because I hate the fries and the one by my old house ALWAYS forgot something on my order.. That said, this Wendy's actually had good fries, and got everything right. Will come back, for sure.

This had to be my WORST experience at this Wendy?s. There was raw dough on my nuggets, fries were old and my chicken sandwich was over done. I ordered the $5 biggie bag. I will not complain on how long I waited because I know what it?s like to beunderstaffed but there were 3 people taking their break at the same time while 2 people were trying to cook, take orders andwork drive thru at the same time. That is poor management! I usually love Wendy?s. It has been my favorite fast food place foryears, but this was truly disappointing. I do appreciate the older gentleman who tried his best to get the right orders outwhile cooking at the same time. He never stopped working and he kept a positive attitude.

Always been loyal to Wendy's have visited Wendy's Jacksonville Alabama twice and my fries were old and barely warm burgers were okay but not necessarily fresh off The grill sorry Jacksonville you right only two stars
