Walk right past the crazy long Starbucks line and find Sheryl at the Great American Bagel kiosk. Fabulous hot coffee! It appeared that they were out of several bagel flavors, but the ones they had looked good. Amazing customer service!! View all feedback.
What Juan I doesn't like about The Great American Bagel:
Great breakfast 4 stars, horrible customer service 1 star! The cashier had a face on her! She kept playing on her phone until even after she saw us and we yelled out hey were here! As she walked toward us her phone received a text message and she had the nerve to go back and check it. She then proceeded to making our breakfast with a scowling face showing her displeasure of serving us. New year, same lazy employees.... View all feedback.
The employee working today, 2/16/23 should be fired for their unprofessionalism, unkindness, and discriminatory conduct. Telling someone that they cannot get food because they get frustrated with them due to the employee being inpatient, should not be tolerated by any means. I will be doing a formal complaint against the employee and this business.

Average bagel nothing special. Ordered the special with cream cheese and got a toasted bagel and two packets of cream cheese. Unfortunately they didn't have any knives. Suggested j ask Burger King if they had any.

Not the type of person i would want as the first face someone sees for my company. Several other customers came by and waited and left because she did not acknowledge them. Cell phones should be left in a locker or drawer and not in your pocket while attending customers!
This was one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If I could give it zero stars I would. It’s is very unfortunate who ever owns this restaurant because your employee was extremely rude.
