What User doesn't like about Starbucks Coffee:
I went to pick up my drinks and noticed that everyone seemed unhappy and didn't want to be there. To make matters worse, my drink was made with milk instead of the soy milk I had ordered. Overall, it was not a very inviting atmosphere. View all feedback.
The best diets are going through! they are so beautiful to always welcome our names and ask when we order and always make our orders right. in any case, that they come to this again!
Drive thru is slow all the time. The location itself is awful and when the drive thru is slow (as usual) it causes a mess for the parking lot because of the poor planning of how to enter the drive thru.
Friendly. Out of product that I desired but had to wait in drive thru for 15 minutes before I found out. No sign posted stating they didn't have the drink.
I’ve been to many Starbucks in different states over the years. I’m visiting here in Jacksonville and I needed my iced coffee! This location was perfect for where I’m staying. The service was very friendly and quick. Sometimes when a drive through is busy, the inside orders may get put on hold. But not here during the two times I came! Very impressed with how quickly I got my coffee. Better than the one back home.
Pretty good. Parking lot is pretty crowded but hey that's a good sign, right?
