Starbucks Coffee - Jacksonville

LUVS this place the crew is so friendly it makes me want to join.. the food is always awesome and the drinks are fabulous keep up the BEAUTIFUL MASTERPIECE?

This is my all time favorite Starbucks! I have been coming here for many years and it's one of the very few that has maintained the way Starbucks used to do things in the past. Unfortunately they recently removed the comfortable chairs which is a shame , but the service and baristas are still the best.

I usually overlook the terrible parking lot situation that they seem to completely ignore. But today they decided that they were going to close their lobby and not update the app for mobile orders. When I got there a lady was walking away with her drinks, I knocked on the door because I didn 't have time to go through the driveway and the app won 't let you cancel your orders. They completely ignored me knocking and turned their phone off so no one could call in. So that I wasn 't out money I went through the drive through line and they couldn 't give a reason the lobby was closed and as for the app only their manager can do that. I guess it was too much to call their manager to do it. Absolutely terrible customer support. Edit This has happened two more times since I wrote this.

I think her name is Alona she was so sweet and kind and my Beverage was made perfectly. You do know they have no control over the parking Lot right? And I truly command her in being respectful and not going off on that crazy WOMAN I wanted to ask her what her Fn problem was! U got an issue ask for Manager but don't berate the Barista!!!

Good service, but this location is always difficult to park or maneuver the drive through.
