Starbucks Coffee - Feedback

What Tim Meuter doesn't like about Starbucks Coffee:
I really enjoy the peppermint latte, but when my order was ready, they had mistakenly made it into a frozen blended drink, which I absolutely cannot stand. The guy at the counter tried to argue with me about it, but I explained that there's no way I would order something like that since I dislike cold or frozen drinks. The java and extra chips were made perfectly—such a rare find! The staff was courteous, friendly, and attentive. The wait times were the shortest I've experienced. The restaurant appeared very clean, including the well-maintained restrooms. The music was lively, and the interior temperature was comfortable. Overall, it was a great place to sit and enjoy a meal!
