Panera Bread - Jacksonville

I had no idea the grilled cheese would be this good. The cold Brew coffee was refreshing and tasty.

Panera seems to hire the lowest type of people (I’m guessing the “we need $15/hour,” too and they offer bare bones products. 10 years ago it was decent. Now you get 3 or 4 types of bagels (is there anyone out there who actually thinks that’s a positive about this establishment? with two types of cream cheese and that’s just breakfast. Lunch here is a waste of time and money unless you’re a 65-year old woman. Shut Panera down and put something here worthwhile that cares about what customers want.

I live close so i liked having this place to get something quickly, but i can't be bothered anymore. the drive through is slower than molasses in january and they have the LAZIEST people making sandwiches. my sandwich had the chicken salad in one big ball from the scoop, completely uneven and didn't even try to spread it out. if you hate your job that much just quit???

My wife and I visit this location often. The food is great, but it’s always dirty. The tables are not clean. The floor is filthy and the dishes are always piling up. There should be a dining room cleaner at work all the time. I actually cleaned 5 tables with the wet wipes myself. Please keep the dining room clean at all times. It should be a requirement. Time of visit 4pm 11/5/2023
