Unfor... read more On November 17, 2022, we visited this Panera for breakfast. We placed our order at the counter, where the staff member who assisted us spoke very quietly. Unfortunately, our order was incorrectly prepared. When I returned to the counter with my plate, they apologized and promised to prepare another one. The employee recognized the mistake and admitted that they had trouble getting our order right. While the first sandwich was burnt, the second one looked better. Overall, I recommend double-checking your order before eating, as the staff appeared somewhat disrespectful.
