Panera Bread - Jacksonville

Came to Panera for breakfast. The cashier was nice, however, the good experience ended there. We ordered two toasted bagels to go. After 16 minutes of waiting we went to the window just to make sure the order was not lost. The lady said I have you order here, she aggressively pushed the bag across window crunching the bag at the same time. She said, we have other orders as well. When I opened the bag, I found two cold bagels and the bagels were haphazardly places. This was not a good experience for me. I will never return here.

It must be a joke. Does Panera look at these reviews? This is the most beautiful place ever. I had no choice but to stop and roast her? a bagel for me, which was hard like a rock and a stale. And everyone was rude (I honestly don't blame them, who would want to work there? Tip is empty and says? Tips are not necessary, but appreciated? I'm sure the employees didn't write that. Maybe if you pay your employees and don't let them work in a shutdown building that has garbage all over the floor and fills food, they would have a smile on their faces. Typical Florida.

This Panera bread is terrible every time I come here, it will be the worst and worst. The employee on the back was on the phone with Air Pods in his ears with his hood. Another worker she made food without gloves. They recently replaced the manager, but the new night shift manager is not better. The staff is terrible at night. You have no problem solving cell under the entire layer. I ordered soup. The bread baguette was stale and hard. When I asked about the fresh bread, I got the burger bread for a chicken sandwich. Burger bread really. Another client noticed that the staff let me laugh when I left. I was done.

Arrested today for one of my favorite bagels? Cinnamon Crunch roasted with butter? Yummy yummy along with a glass Passion Papaya Green Iced Tea. A nice refreshing drink to start the day without caffeine. If you like caffeine, they have these new loaded lemonades that are delicious and run with plant-based clean caffeine from Guarana and green coffee extract. I tried them all and they're all very tasty. The Mango Yuzu Citrus is my favorite? They're all very good.

Panera used to be good, but they made themselves ridiculous how much money they squeeze from customers. One, they increased prices. Ten dollars for a lunch bowl of soup? Okay, that's good for Panera quality. But I get the soup and it's such a small part. Much smaller than before. It wasn't even a spoon deep (see pictures). Plus the taste was really nothing to brag, it is now the same quality as can soup. Don't go to Panera, it's no longer worth eating the money can soup.
