The fried... read more As a first-timer at this restaurant, I had the Lemon Ramon, and it was absolutely perfect. The lemon really enhanced the flavor of the chicken broth. The fried chicken was not only tasty but also paired surprisingly well with the noodles. I also tried the Modu Spicy wings, which were incredibly crunchy and delicious. I'd give the meal a solid 10/10. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, they aren't excessive, and in the end, it's definitely worth it.

We tried both the tonkotsu and tantanmen, and each broth was wonderfully rich and tasty. The pork was tender and flavorful, and there was a generous serving of house-made noodles and toppings. The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend this place if you're craving ramen!

While I was eating, I had a blast playing Tekken, and it was a treat to see my favorite character on the arcade box! I'm from out of state, but I would definitely stop by again since my experience exceeded my expectations, especially if the arcade is still open for play (though that might have just been a special feature for the convention at the time).

Since we can handle quite a b... read more This was my first time visiting Modu Ramen, and I really enjoyed the gyoza, chicken, and kimchi pancakes; they were all delicious. Since we can handle quite a bit of spice, the ramen didn’t quite meet our expectations in terms of heat, but it was still enjoyable. The flavors weren’t as robust as I had hoped, but overall it was a solid first experience. I should note that there was an extra charge for our party of seven, which added an additional $25 to our bill.
