Delicious like usual but this location is beyond slow. Even at 1:30 am with no one in line. And the new fries aren?t my thing-I wish they still had the old ones.
My food tasted like it was expired, or held wayyy too long. I'm still trying to rinse the grotesque taste out of my mouth. Guest and food safety should be first, and these practices are quite apparently not being implemented. I typically don't complain, butYOU Can Make People Sick! I don't mind the wait, but you have a long wait time for nauseating food. I won't be ordering hereagain, your staff is cutting the most important corners.
AVOID! I went to the drive-thru around 8:50 PM and there were no other cars in line or in the parking lot. Unfortunately, I was never attended to. At the first window, one staff member was chatting with someone at the door, while another was in the kitchen area not doing anything. The only employee who showed up at the drive-thru was on her cellphone, which seemed to be why she couldn't assist me. I've reported my experience to corporate.
This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had. I didn’t plan to stop here, but the air show made it impossible to avoid. The restaurant clearly lacks any standards. It’s about time this place was closed down. Even though there were people inside, it seemed like they didn’t know how to run things properly. Overall, it’s a terrible establishment! I strongly encourage everyone to stay away at all costs!
The customer service was outstanding, but the food took an excessively long time to arrive. It appeared that they were short-staffed, as one person was managing all of the customer service tasks while also assisting in the kitchen. I can’t be too hard on the restaurant, but it's clear that they need to hire more staff at this location.
