I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a sack of 12 Krystal burgers with cheese, which was clearly advertised on the menu board for $14.99. When I got to the window, the woman told me it was actually $21.99. I pointed out what the menu said, and she told me I could just go somewhere else if I didn't like it! I highly recommend avoiding this Krystals; it's a waste of money, and it's clear that the owners don't care about the kind of employees they hire!

I placed a pickup order from the parking lot, and when I arrived and gave them my name, they had my order ready. If their system were truly down, it wouldn’t print mobile or pickup orders, nor would it accept any incoming orders. Please address this issue or stop advertising as a 24-hour establishment.

While I understand their efforts to hire and keep employees, the worker who interrupted me during my order to demand the manager take a break should be let go. On the bright side, the food was good—it's Krystal, after all.
