Description
Comforting fried chicken and warm service coexist with inconsistency at this neighborhood chicken spot. The interiors are pleasant, staff can be exceptionally friendly—especially at the drive‑thru—and favorites like peach cobbler draw praise when available. However, patrons report intermittent menu shortages, portion variability, order mistakes and occasional missing items, and prices skew toward the high side. For regulars seeking quick, casual chicken meals, the place delivers personality and flavor, but expect occasional hiccups in availability and order accuracy.

I visited this restaurant twice yesterday. I ordered the same dish both times, but I noticed that the portion sizes of the sides were smaller during my second visit. Additionally, I wish they offered...

Never had bad food from here but the price is quite High. Absolutely love their peach cobbler Second post. Food still very good, price was better than a year ago, BUT they dont have peach cobbler. So mixed feelings. Positive note, the interior is verynice and the flowers on the table was a nice touch. P.S. still dont make up for the cobbler
The Spicy Mac Cheese bowl was awesome!!! The drive thru was courteous and fast. We had an overall great experience.
I ordered a three-piece dark meat original recipe, specifically requesting two legs and one thigh. After waiting 10 minutes, the clerk brought me two thighs and one leg instead. When I inquired about the mistake, she informed me that I'd have to wait another 30 minutes to get my correct order, despite the fact that two customers who came in after me were able to place their orders for 12-piece original recipe buckets and leave promptly. That response was frustrating. As I was finishing my meal, I managed to catch the attention of an older employee. She explained that more chicken had just been cooked and suggested that the clerk probably didn’t enter my special order into the system. While it turned out to be the clerk's mistake, she didn't seem willing to admit it. Eventually, the older worker brought me the missing leg that I had originally ordered. It would have been much better to receive my correct order when I first got my meal.
