Flavor Hills - Jacksonville

We made a reservation and it was confirmed..got to the restaurant and it was closed. This website should be updated to reflect the actual hours for the restaurant. Someone could have called us and let us know that the restaurant was closed but instead we wasted our time and had to go somewhere else for dinner.

One of the best meal experiences I had in a long time. Its definitely a five star status restaurant

I enjoyed my $20 chicken sandwich and the sweet potato tots are deliciously covered in brown sugar and cinnamon. Aside from the California level price tag the food is good. The service is why we won’t be back.. both employees we encountered were clueless and made us feel unwelcome. It took 5 minutes to even be acknowledged and over 10 minutes to get water after we were seated even though there was only one other table. They weren’t busy. The decor was beautiful but maybe a staff training day would be a better use of resources.

Great food and service. I think for their price point the decor needs upgrading . Printing out menu, beer, wine, cocktail list would be a nice addition

Fried chicken wings, collard greens and Mac n cheese were delicious!! Calamari and bang bang shrimp were also excellent. Kid’s fettuccine Alfredo very much enjoyed by my grandson. Server Shelby was terrific and very personable and attentive. Highly recommend this restaurant.
