Firehouse Subs Hodges - Jacksonville

I have an Italian sub (completely involved). It was quickly served to my table by a very friendly staff. The sub was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. I would definitely recommend this Firehouse location and will eat here again.

I used the Tax Day Special; buy 1 Medium or Large) Sub and get a medium for free! *with purchase of beverage chips) I was in this firehouse first. I don't usually eat at substations, not because I don't like them, but because I like the comfort factor of a Drive Thru. But! If I had to pick up, it would be Firehouse. I will argue that Firehouse is better than Publix Subs, which may flabbergast some of you Pub lovers read this. I love the Firehouse Hero on Wheat Roast Beef, Smoked Turkey Breast, Virginia Honey Ham, Melted Provolone and of course I get it fully involved. This means Mayo, deli spicy) mustard, salad, tomatoes, onion and my favorite! A dill pickle! It's probably honey ham, but there's a subtle sweetness for this combination I love. It is probably as hot as cold; I was on my way to work and I ate the sub during my shift so over 15 hours. The interior and toilet was clean, the staff were friendly, my order was accurate, and the service was fast. *If you can't find your pickle when you go your sub, don't fret! Check under the paper lining that separates your lower parts from the box. I thought they left the pimp and was angry just to find him later!
