T... read more This location has a lot of issues. Despite it's modern upgrades (bar, fireplace), they are regularly out of at least 10% of menu items or closed all together. The staff (including management) is inept at best, and neglectful at worst. Myself and 1 family member got food poisoning after eating here once. And after a year, not wanting to drive all the way to Tyler for pancakes, we decided to give this Denny's one more chance. We were told to wait while a table was cleaned although I could see at least 3 clean tables, then we were sat at a 6 top for 2 adults and a toddler. The server left a pile of menus on our table while they pushed together another 6 top while the party that came in just before us waited, looking at our table which presumably had been for them. The server took the menus from our table to theirs and took their drink orders while we sat, eating cereal from a bag and ready to order. On the way to the kitchen she told us it would just be a moment. 10 minutes go by before she finally comes to take our drink orders, then before she gets our drinks, she goes back to the party of 6 to take their food orders. At this point, we are starving and I'm staring out the window at a local diner across the parking lot. Another 10 minutes passes before she's comes to take our food order, but we decided to cut our losses and just paid for our drinks and left. We went to the local diner, where I knew we would get better service and not risk food poisoning. This place needs to either close or undergo a corporate intervention. M... read more There was one waitress named Tyler S that was not friendly at all. The restaurant was out of most of the major food items. The chicken strips were overcooked. My daughter's breakfast burger was not as ordered. The waitress never came back to check on us or refill our drinks. I paid $61 for a meal that was barely edible and service that was awful. The couple in front of us left without even eating because their meal was all wrong and the waitress kept ignoring them. There was not even a manager on shift to address the issues and the restaurant was empty of customers when we came in. There was absolutely no reason for our experience to be this bad. No squash or broccoli as pictured. Pancakes were very thin. Sent my food back. Heard them talking about it all the way out to our table. As I was leaving was offered a free to go meal under $10.
