What Cláudio Pôrto doesn't like about Crane Ramen Jacksonville:
It was our 3rd or 4th attempt at Crane Ramen and always had Tonkotsu Ramen. Sorry to say this, but it has always been an unpleasant experience. The broth is always watery and greasy, shimeji with no flavor at all. Chasu was tasty, though. And that was it.I hope the owners tried some real ramen, either in NYC, Atlanta or even at Modu at Baymeadows. Much richer broth.I truly hope the owners could apply this feedback an... This food was amazing! I had a spicy tonga something bowl. My step son had something else, his had Purple broccoli! Looked pretty cool.Small place, comfortable and cool atmosphere.It is in the trendy part of town. Our two bowls came out to around 30 bucks.Has my recommendation, I know I'll be back View all feedback.
