Wow! I was on the hunt for super healthy and delicious food, and I found it all at Chipotle Mexican Grill. They have an amazing Organic Lemonade; I couldn't resist getting two—one for now and one for later! This was my first visit to Chipotle in a long time, and I will definitely be back soon. I had a steak salad packed with healthy ingredients, and the steak was fresh, flavorful, and abundant. View all feedback.
What Tam S doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
The food here is reasonably good for the price and typical of a fast-food Mexican restaurant. I personally prefer Burrito Gallery or even Moe's, but it largely depends on my location and what's available. One thing I’m not fond of is that they use queso on the burritos and other dishes instead of regular cheese. I would much rather have real cheese. I don't know why they still have 4.0 overall rating. I'd just give two stars. (a) no fresh food. guacamole was literally gray or dark, as it was not fresh. leaves were dry and not fresh. b) drinks were out of operation c) the facility was unclean d) also the customer service was pathetic. never again to this chipotle!
TRASH!!!! i went 9/10/22 around 8 pm , the lady with the two buns African american was ridiculously RUDE!!! when i first walked up she was on her phone on facetime ???? she seen me look at her phone and pushed it away !!! that is so nasty she was holding her phone will wearing the food prep gloves !! phones have so many germs !! she was being so rude to her employees working with her i even pointed out to the guy at the register that she was treating him horrible but he said it's okay , he was so nice about it ! that lady needs to be fired she's a short lady not the talk lady working with her ! i didn't want to even eat my food when she used that same glove that she touched the phone with to grab my cheese and lettuce that's just nasty !!! she need to be fired !!!
They completely messed up my order, the order was a to go order placed on the app. They labeled my bowl chicken when there was pork inside of it . I do not eat pork.
I think the service is great, eating is good. I feel bad for all the workers who are being bitten by the customers because they just work there.
Okay…. I love this location but the quality has gone downhill and I can tell by the taste. I’m highly disappointed The peppers didn’t seem like they had any flavor and tasted like soap and my pico de gayo tasted funny I couldn’t even finish it because I was so disappointed. Maybe I’ll try them one more time before I stop coming to this location.
