Chili's Grill - Jacksonville

Love dining at Chili's. The Three for Me special is super. And, I highly recommend signing up for Chili's rewards program, too. It's as easy as providing your cell phone number. Well worth being a rewards member.

The service was great my server checked on us so much she might as well had a seat and ate with us lol great experience!

They work on their order pickup order eta said 21 to 26 minutes were finished in 2 minutes. I stay 20 minutes away I asked if they were sitting there all the time since they said politicized. I asked that I should eat only cold and not have reacted. I have paid for it and went about it I have completely forgotten my chips and salsa to give its ok to be fast bit give a customer totally cold eating not ok by the time I got home I washed the suace off and give it to my dog and made a cup nudel ... thanks to the way she told me it takes only 3 minutes to cook that and has not even tried to heat up

Chili's is always good that is for sure, this place was just as good as the one in Altoona, PA. The food was good, the waitress was really sweet, I think she could tell we needed cheering up after going through some bad storms and downpours on the way to Jacksonville. Of course she didn't know what we just went through, but still she was very nice and friendly to us. The place was very clean also. The only thing was it took a while to get our meal.

Don't waste your money. Over the past 10 years I've lived in Mandarin this place has been so inconsistent in the way of service and Overall Meal. There has been at least 20 times I have just not finished my meal, Paid and left. Most of the Servers are kind.
