I went with some friends Friday night, one of the busiest nights. We had a table in 15 minutes which was great. The waiter was amazing. He kept our drinks refilled and made sure we had plenty of napkins and kept the table clear of empty plates. I have previously tried the big mouth bites and they were great, very filling and alot of food for the price. When you sign up for their e-mail club, you get an e-mail for a f... View all feedback.
What Tim Meuter doesn't like about Chili's:
We went thinking they still had the 3 for $20 deal going and we're disappointed when it wasn't. We ended up spending double the amount we would have if the deal was still going. Other restaurants are having similar deals and I'm sure they are getting the business. It wasn't nearly as busy as it had been in the past. I really wish they would bring it back. We went there expecting their 3 for $20 deal to still be available, and we were disappointed to find out it wasn't. As a result, we ended up spending twice as much as we would have with the deal. Other restaurants are offering similar promotions, and I'm sure they're benefiting from it. The place wasn't nearly as busy as it used to be, and I really hope they bring that deal back. That said, the food was delicious. The only issue we encountered was that our waiter mistakenly added the food from the table next to us to our bill, which made it appear much higher at first, so we had to request an adjustment.
My mom and I stopped here after shopping one night for dinner for some yummy queso dip and Philly cheese steaks. The dip was delicious as always but the cheese steaks came out burnt. We sent them back and a few minutes later the manager came to our table and told us that's the way they sandwiches came. Burnt. We were rolled. We thought it was a joke but they were all dead serious. So if you’re ever in Oak leaf, pass on Chili's unless you want to be told your food is supposed to be burnt to a crisp.
I went out with some friends on Friday night, which is one of the busiest nights. We were seated in just 15 minutes, which was fantastic. Our waiter was exceptional—he consistently refilled our drinks, made sure we had plenty of napkins, and kept the table tidy by clearing away any empty plates. I had previously tried the big mouth bites, which were delicious, very filling, and offered a lot of food for the price. Additionally, if you sign up for their email club, you'll receive a message for a free dessert. It's a wonderful place to unwind and catch up with family or friends while enjoying great food. I highly recommend it!
Both my husband and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, and I absolutely loved it! It might just become my new favorite dish on the menu—it's that good! Afterward, we decided to try the sweet shots, which come with three small dessert portions. It was the perfect amount, especially since there were three of us, allowing everyone to have a taste. I tried the red velvet shot, and while it was decent, the icing was a bit too sweet for my liking. My husband enjoyed the warm cinnamon bun, and my mom had the chocolate fudge brownie, which seemed to be a hit with everyone. It was warm and gooey—so delicious! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a great value.
