Chick-fil-a - Jacksonville

This is one of my favorite places to come and grab a quick lunch. It gets really packed for the lunch rush but they are good about getting you in and out. This location also always has people walking to the tables to get you refills or see if you need napkins or sauce or anything. I love the cool wraps! Its one of my favorite things to get. Healthy and delicious. Or if I happen to make it in before breakfast is over and get a delicious chicken biscuit. I do wish they had a more extensive coffee menu or at least a few more options.

I went through the drive through and ordered an 8 piece nugget combo and just ate it in the car on my way home. I was chewing on the a nugget and realized there was a small bone in the nugget! I couldn't believe it. Chick Fil A is usually so good but there was a tiny chicken bone in the nugget! What if my two year old son was eating it??? I was so shocked.

I love Chick Fil A. Plus they always send out coupons. They had it where you could reserve their new spicy chicken sandwich on-line, print out a coupon and take it in for a free sandwich. I love their new recipe for the spicy chicken sandwich. It's a lot better than before. It's a lot more spice but it's delicious. Before you couldn't even taste the spice or seasoning.

I was a little disappointed with this Chick Fil a. I put in my order and my friend was at the register ordering at the same time as me. After that we stood waiting at the counter forever. A guy bagging all the orders was taking his sweet time and he looked like the manager. Then he handed someone else my friend’s food. Plus one of my chicken nuggets was all black. I usually get great service. I'm not sure if it was because this one is located in the Avenues mall but it wasn't very busy or anything.
