I have to give a low rating for the service here. It's strange to mention, but it seems the staff genuinely struggles with putting lids on their cups correctly. I ordered three drinks, and two of them had lids that weren't secured all the way. As a former food and beverage manager, I observed the staff handing out drinks for a while, and I noticed that about half of them had improperly fitted lids. I'm just glad thes... View all feedback.
