Contribute FeedbackMorton's in Jacksonville offers impeccable service and delicious food, with standout dishes like the Ahi Poke and filet mignon. Despite some minor issues with food temperature and parking, the overall experience was top-notch. Guests praised the attentive servers, such as Monica and Chad, who enhanced their dining experience. Even with some inconsistencies in quality at other locations, Morton's in Jacksonville stands out as a culinary oasis in a challenging downtown dining scene. Vibrant cocktails, flavorful entrees, and exceptional service make Morton's a must-visit for food enthusiasts in Jacksonville.
The wagyu steak was delicious and juicy. order medium rare. buttery and delicious. the fishtacos as an appetizer was filled with fish, some avocado on the side and fresh seatang. overall the app was not filled, but delicious. the presentation was so kudos about it. as with drinks, presecco was one of my favorite spectacular. drink aviation was also quite delicious (ginn blend). the only negatiw I would say was that dessert for two reasons the waiting time and outside the cake. we ordered the baked chocolate cake with fudge inside, comes with ice. the outside is a little dry, but when they hit the damper, it tastes 100% better. overall our experience was a great one. our server was polite, polite, full of knowing and took the plates immediately from the table. parking stinks at the Jacksonville location so prepared. valet parking spaces are available, but the hotel seemed to take the parking spaces available, and there is current construction that obstructs the view of the water promenade. outside the seating looks beautiful.
Not our first time at a morton and never disappointing. porterhouse was perfect as the lamb frame. our server, chad, made the experience even more pleasant. only we wish more space for dessert.
The steaks we ordered were serve medium and we ordered medium rare. The lobster was the consistency of an eraser. The waitress brought the wrong bottle of wine. The restaurant is extremely loud! The lighting for dinner was bright.
While I was planning to be in the downtown area over the weekend, I decided to make reservations on Saturday evening. It's always great food per usual. Morton's is one of my favorite restaurants to dine in Jacksonville. My friends and I really enjoyed the food. Thanks for having us!
Stayed at the hotel for my Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc State Cluster and enjoyed dinner
