Whole experience as usual was great. Food cooked perfectly and not over seasoned. The staff, especially up front taking orders, is a group of friendly people who know their product well and it shows. What William Duffell doesn't like about Cajun Seafood:
Not horrible, just had too much breading in my fried oysters. The fried shrimp were avreage to slightly above average breading coverage was as expected....not too much as with the oysters. Crab cakes also had too much breading we ate only 25% of one cake and threw the second one away. I expect there was crab there, but I could NOT see it. July 3, 2023 View all feedback.
The food at Cajun Seafood is fresh and delicious! You can order without seasoning or you can have it with Cajun season or Old Bay or garlic butter....or fried. The place is very clean and has a 99.5 sanitary facilities. The service was excellent. The staff is super nice and patient and the food is amazing. It was cooked for perfection. I'll be back again and again! I am so glad to find a place where you can eat really good clean healthy freshness!

We went to Splash by the sea to get seafood they had an hour waiting time. So we decided to find somewhere else... and boy I'm glad we were!!!! Here's A M A Z I N G!! The workers are sooo-friendly, the food is exceptional. So freshly seasoned to perfection. I'm sad, I live 9 hours away, I can't eat here every day. But I will look forward to it every year!! If I could rate 100 stars... I would.
The food was hot and well flavored. The prices are reasonable and the staff was nice. The food didn't take long. I live 35min away and it was worth the trip.
This is the best seafood place in all of Jacksonville that I have visited. They have great food and great service no one can top the service and no one can top the food so far. The only drawback is that it is only Cajun style but still awesome nonetheless
