Stopped in as travelers headed to Austin. There is no ventilation in this place, it was extremely Smokey when we walked in. I had a bad allergic reaction to the smoke while sitting at the table. The food was okay but not great. I had the Wednesday lunch special, enchiladas. I found bones in my enchiladas. My husband said the carne asada was pretty good. I regret stopping here. They have some of the best fried catfish we've ever had. We've eaten at LA Fonda Del Sol for about 8 years when we're in Jacksonville. Family owned, and we've never had a bad catfish plate. I would definitely recommend it. Don't be turned away by the atmosphere. The food is good at a very reasonable price Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
