Great service and honest employees!! After paying for my order of 2 12 subs, (that were delicious hot and fresh) I left my phone on the counter. I called when I returned home and realized I left it behind, and Shawn said that it was in fact, still there. I went back and he happily returned it to me! Thank you Shawn and Ronald for holding on to it until I got back. YOU GUYS ROCK! You are both a great asset to Subway! View all feedback.
What Jackson Wilson doesn't like about Subway Sandwiches & Salads:
Younger workers don’t seem to have respect for customers and always act like like talking to the customer is a burden. Multiple times we have come in and seen one worker rudely telling everyone else to do. Have also ordered online and had the order messed up or nasty old vegetables put on sandwich. View all feedback.
Fast service, great support, but the staff seemed like I didn't touch them. When I broke up, the woman seemed to ignore my greeting and to worry about my money. When I told her to have a great day, she looked at me without answer. Clean and good food, but attitudes were not on the same standard.
The service was great by the young man who made my party tablets. However, the manager is uncompromising and very slow.
Place was so good the staff, but there was this problem when I ordered my sandwich, it took 2 minutes to get Salat Mayo and Chipotle Southwest sauce!
Great service. The 2 employees at the service did their job, good workers, pleasant attitude, great customer service, Foid was great. Clean furnishings. Staff should make 12 dollars an hour. You're worth it. Will go back...
