Something easy to do with consistent quality. Probably need to work a little bit more on customer service but don't know that it's important here.
Quick service, friendly employees, and accurate order. Only thing was my frosty wasn't frozen. It was like water.
Yuck! Might have been a decent burger if wasn't drowning in mayo and catsup. No possible way to eat it without a mess on all sides. As for the fries, McDonald's have Wendy's beat, no doubt about it.
You couldn't get ketchup, they left items off the order, we had to ask for ice because the machine was empty, and there weren't any napkins in the holder. If it was crowded I could overlook some issues but we were the only ones inside I don't understandhow a team can perform so poorly. The folks at Wendy's will never see us in the store.
