My gripe is I asked for no pickles I'm allergic and what did I find on my burger pickles. I cannot say I had a good experience. And it's not justthis Wendy's it's everyone I go to they always mess up my order somehow.

Definitely a must in Jackson Wyoming where everything is becoming expensive and overpriced, almost priceless.

The food is generally excellent, but the staff seems to overlook the fact that there’s only one menu at the ordering window, which doesn’t give you enough time... read more The food is generally excellent, but the staff seems to overlook the fact that there’s only one menu at the ordering window, which doesn’t give you enough time to make a decision. They come off as quite pushy, making it difficult to get a word in. It feels like they’re already impatient the moment you arrive. When you go to pick up your food, they close the window before you can ask anything or confirm your order. The drive-thru team has a rather unwelcoming attitude; you might have a better experience with a robot than with the staff there. You should check it out for yourself!

I had the chance to meet the owner, who is a friendly and enthusiastic individual dedicated to exceptional customer service.

I've found that going inside is usually quicker than waiting in the drive-thru, plus it gives you a chance to double-check your order, which I definitely suggest you do.
