Very bad customer service. the manager there did not care about his customers. we sat 20 minutes in the drive through and when we walked around, he told us that the drive through warns work. we went inside and another hired man told us that the drive through the manager worked, just not the feeling of taking over our order. then he continued as if he did not want to hel9 the cashier when she asked for change to give the customer and he gave us cold food. his name is coleman or so. very disappointed and disastrous
Terrible terrible terrible service, breakfast ride through is an incredible time waste. it takes a long time to get someone to take their order, and when they do, they are rude. they never have coffee ready to breakfast, and it can get up to 10 minutes a simple sandwich
Sick of em. When they are not making up an excuse not to take your order they give you cold food. Like when will they hire staff that actually wanna work. I am just gone pass on by because the night shift just dont even care.
Horrible service. I would have loved to rate 5 stars, but was met with a No ma'am when I asked if I could orderI 6 plain baked potatoes. She had a terrible attitude and proceeded to say I have 4 potatoes. Then asked me anything else. I replied no, pulled forward and saw that she had slammed the window on the customer before me that was asking her a question after receiving her order.. I pulled up to let her know that I would be declining my order but to let her know that the reason why I was declining because she was so professional and is unprofessional and she could have answered in a way in which to let me know she only had 4 potatoes and to ask me If I would like those. I told her that I will not pay for awful customer service and that I will be calling corporate on her. Sad sad sad, but true
Was not long waiting, cash was nice, but my bacon cheeseburger had no speck on it and the meat was cold. I had to go back to correct it. cashier gave me fresh French pommes so I'll give another 4 stars. it's really a good thing if they don't treat you as you commanded it!
