Was KO at Wendy's a mag?
The Wendy's on E Michigan has its highs and lows. One consistent highlight is their exceptionally polite and efficient staff at the drive-thru. Today, I had a fantastic experience that definitely deserves 5 stars. The fish sandwich is available for Lent, which adds an extra touch to the meal. I am consistently let down by this restaurant. I visited around 9 PM and waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes, only to receive cold food that wasn’t even prepared correctly. I used to come here every other day, but the repeated issues with cold food and incorrect orders have driven me away. This location will only take one order at a time and pull one car up to the drive through window at a time. Across town on airport road they will take multiple orders and make great use of their first drive through window. This specific location will have you waiting up to but not limited to 45 minutes in their drive through line. Their staff is usually rude or not trained properly. On multiple occasions I’ve tried to hand them my card or cash at the window and they have blatantly ignored me
Food was great. Person taking the order very nice. ? Many customers came stayed for a while and left. ? ? I personally think they need to hire more people or the people they have need better training. Building and parking lot need a lot of work done on them. Building floor is very much uneven. Parking lot is full of holes. We come for the food, but it would be nice to be in and around a pleasant atmosphere.
