This resta... read more Did you ever watch the old TV show The Virginian and wanted to know what it would be like to eat like they did in the old west? Here is your chance!! This restaurant, located in Jackson, Wyoming, is all homemade cooking at it 's finest with largerthan life size portions!! Even the butter is homemade! It doesn 't get any better than that. There is nothing on the menu youwon 't find to satisfy your cravings. And while you are digesting your food, look around at all the TV shows ' memorabilia theyhave on display. It 's pretty interesting. My 2 tips for you are: 1) You have got to try the Hot Chocolate!! 2) If you are diningin for breakfast on Sunday, come as early as you can!!

The corned beef hash was very average. The eggs were rubbery and the hash was served on well browned potatoes giving itan odd crunch. My wife had an omelet with spinach, feta, and mushrooms. She said it was very good.

They offer very large cinnamon rolls, but only the center had much flavor, even with the generous amount of cream cheese frosting on top.

I was pleased to discover a restaurant with reasonable menu pricing, especially since many places in Jackson tend to be quite pricey.
