my man and I celebrated my birthday and we really enjoyed our visit. our waiter malik was amazing and so attentive. the others who supported were equally attentive and friendly. eating was amazing and the price was fair. the love music was a nice touch and atmosphere was intimate and relaxing. it was a great night. we will visit again soon. What User doesn't like about Veritas:
Extremely disappointing. Food was average at best. We ordered or requested 4 or 5 different items to find out they were out!! One was a dressing for the ginger carrot salad they are known for! Ordered two deserts- they were out! No tarter sauce for the fish! I consider ourselves as regulars but no longer. The Pot de Crème for dessert was a disaster, very grainy and too much whipped cream. Amazing high-end brunch. Don't let the price discourage you, it's all as beautiful as the $68 brunch I had in Midtown NY. That's it!
Ambiance was great! Live music. Food was fantastic. Steaks cooked to perfection.
Food is hit or miss here. This time, they missed the mark. Ordered the chop chop chicken salad- was not very visually appealing, and was very salty to the point of being inedible. Also had French onion soup, which too, was too salty for my taste.
Had business partners from London. Incredibly impressed.
Our waitress was Cameron and she was wonderful! Food was delicious!
