We had a party of 4 (and a baby). A medium Supreme Pizza and a grill chicken pizza. All four had salads. We enjoyed the food immensely and the ambience was cool. Friendly servers. We visit the area (camping nearby) and if we ever camp here again, we come back. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Brickery:
I ordered a dough less pizza. Looked amazing! I took one bite frozen cold sausage ewwwww ?. The atmosphere is beautiful. They need to hire more staff at first it was just my group. Lunch rush hit and it must have caused chaos we waited almost a hour to get our check. We had to track down our waitress to ask her for the check. With some changes place has a lot of potential. I mistakenly said you need a face mask, but that's not correct. The food was very good. We had wings and bites with pizza. The bites arrived a little late, but we're okay. The pizza was about the best I had here. The wings finally appeared after dinner. The service was not great, in fact it seemed to be too busy to check our food or keep on our drinks. So in a nutshell, good food, need new servers.
I have a local business a few blocks from this restaurant. We look forward to promoting local businesses. This is no exception. My wife (sometimes working with me) and I and my brothers and I have eaten several times here. We usually get the pizza, but they have a variety of offers. We prefer the veggie pizza and it is always spot-on tasty. The crust is perfect and the mixture of vegetables is great. You have a lunch menu, but we like to get a full pizza so we can go home as it is so good. Our children like it when we eat here, as they know they're for a treat. I recommend this food.

I checked this place today and I'm glad we did it. The food is delicious! (Pizza, Pasta, Garlic Knots, Pommes) The waitress was nice and often checked. We also have a pitcher beer and a large batch of pineapple rum. Outside seat is beautiful! (Pineapple Rum Punsch pictured)
The Brickery has turned into one of our favorite places to eat in Jackson. It's hard to make really good pizza but these folks have figured it out. They have a wide variety of tasty combinations or you can make your own. The crust is probably one of my favorites as it's slightly crisp, but not doughy and not super flat like a saltine cracker. Service is always good and the interior in a historic building is quite nice. Great job, we'll be back again
