My favorite dish was the loaded mac and cheese, but the loaded nachos were equally impressive. The portion sizes were generous for the price. The staff was friendly and accommodating, creating a pleasant atmosphere with great music. I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area. I just wish they had a location in Ohio!

I'm thrilled to report that I discovered an excellent spot to savor great BBQ during my visit. The brisket was tender, juicy, and expertly smoked—no sauce necessary. I look forward to returning and exploring more of the menu. The staff was also very friendly and polite.

Still to make it a powell district location, but intend to do so soon. I'm just going from Morehead Ky to Jackson if I have the time and have to fix my Thatchers. I'm doing this to support my peeps. Support the locals and return to those who give the community as much as Shawn and his wife Crystal. People take food for advised with such a beautiful quality as butcher. Always great food, affordable prices and generous portions. I will continue this trip to enjoy Shawn's food and hope that he will soon open one here, so I can save on the fuel bill!! Friendly service, great environment, interesting conversation. Perfect place for a lunch with friends or a delicious dinner.
