Tucked away from the usual tourist spots, this restaurant is definitely worth the effort to discover. With a rich history spanning 101 years, it's still owned by the founder's descendants. The charming stone building, adorned with warm wooden paneling and a cozy fireplace in the bar, creates an inviting atmosphere. The food is some of the most delicious and authentic Italian cuisine I've ever tasted. They also have a full bar and a thoughtfully curated wine list. The service is exceptional, with our waitress being the great-granddaughter of the founder. She shared fascinating stories about the restaurant and the area. I will always make it a point to return whenever I'm in the Jackson area.

This charming, authentic Italian family restaurant is tucked away on back roads, making it a hidden gem. The welcoming staff treats you like a guest in their own home, eagerly anticipating your visit. The menu is extensive, making it a delightful challenge to pick just one dish. Each meal begins with a hearty minestrone soup, followed by a fresh salad, and then the main course. Don't skip the Tiramisu for dessert—it's a must-try! Although the exterior gives off a modest vibe with space for only five tables, inside you'll find multiple dining areas and a full bar. I will definitely make a point to return whenever I'm in the area.

Fantastic food, rich history, and exceptional service! I can't praise this place enough. We were initially uncertain about its family-friendly atmosphere, but they welcomed us warmly, even with our two small children. Although I live about an hour and 45 minutes away (we were staying at an RV park nearby), we will definitely make the trip back just for dinner.

I enjoyed the salmon, salad and soup. The spaghetti side was OK and the bread was super market level. The oddest part of the experience is we had a reservation but when we got there we still had to wait 20 min for the first available table to seat a party of 6. So there does not appear to be a benefit to making a reservation. They also seem to try and hurry you through the meal. Service: Dine in

So much history here. Greeted and seated by the owner. Showing us the pictures and her great grandmother's room from 103 years ago. So cool. Then the food is great. Calamari is amazing. Lasagna is so tasty and fresh. The soup is great. The desserts are great. Tiramisu is amazing. Everything is just so fresh tasting. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
