The Taco Bell in Jackson is possibly the worst fast food restaurant in the area. Our experiences on multiple visits were unpleasant, with incorrect orders and cold food. The cheese on our quesadilla wasn't even melted properly. View all feedback.
When I placed my order; The counter gentleman stated to me; are you kidding me<,? I had ordered a taco pack of 12: he said; we are busy and our soda machine is down and I will have to get your drink over here! I opted for no soda and went to my car andgot water bottles:. He complained to the next few behind us!
The food is good, but they literally can't seem to ever get my order right. There is always a return trip or wait to correct it..
The past few times I visited this restaurant, our orders were accurate, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly.

The restaurant prioritizes the drive-through over customers dining inside. Three people, including myself, waited for 20 minutes before we complained and finally received our food.
