Very authentic American cuisine place. My friend liked his brisket sandwich and I enjoyed my salmon. As a peskatarian, I was happy to find space for me in the bbq: the atmosphere and the interior of the place is great. Will definitely return View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mary Jane Bourbon Smokehouse:
Food was fine, however waited 1 hour 45 minutes for it. Staff are civil but disinterested, had to chase for check to pay and to order anything. The bourbon range is great with some rare finds, I personally could only mange to order 2 drinks in the 1 hour 45 minutes. The food was decent, but I had to wait an excessive 1 hour and 45 minutes for it. While the staff were polite, they seemed indifferent, and I had to repeatedly ask for the check and for assistance with placing my order. On the bright side, the bourbon selection is impressive, featuring some rare options; unfortunately, I could only manage to order two drinks during the long wait. I've never been to a bar where I spent $50 on a drink while struggling to get someone’s attention for service. It’s unfortunate, because when I did get to speak with a staff member, they clearly had a wealth of knowledge, but it seemed like they felt unsupported without proper management on-site.
As an ambulance worker, my schedule doesn't allow for much time to eat, but this restaurant exceeded my expectations. The staff was quick and friendly, and our waiter delivered our food with impressive speed. Everything was delicious, hot, and fresh. Plus, the atmosphere was both relaxing and welcoming.
Mary Jane's Bourbon Smokehouse is the place to be! We ordered some sides along with the ribs, and everything was cooked to perfection. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Without a doubt, I will be returning. It's a solid 5-star experience all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
While we were in town for an event last night, we stopped here for dinner. After a 45 minute wait, I ordered the coffee crusted ribeye steak at market price and he ordered a smoked pork chop. Both of our meats were very good. The steak was one of the best I?ve ever had and was cooked to medium temp. Unfortunately, it was paired with greens, potatoes, and sweet potatoes. The greens and sweet potatoes were both undercooked while the other potatoes were fully cooked. If it wasn?t for the great service, ambiance and their ability to honor my request for an off the menu drink, my review may be a little lower. I did give our server the feedback and I hope it was shared with the kitchen. For the price of the steak, the side accompaniments should definitely be more up to par, thus I hope this feedback is well received and adjustments will be made.
