However, we never had the option to order ahead on the app or tip the sandwich artist. It's amazing how much things have changed.

Came in here on 8/27 at 9pm and there were 2 boys working. They had containers stacked everywhere. One kid was making his own food so perfect while the kid with... read more Came in here on 8/27 at 9pm and there were 2 boys working. They had containers stacked everywhere. One kid was making his own food so perfect while the kid with long hair was making a mess with mine. He put sauce in side cups over flowing and did not place the lids on all the way. Had mustard and mayo all over the bag and spilling out. I had to use 10 napkins to clean the mustard and he just laughed. The food was not edible and it was absolutely dirty in there. I work in a restaurant and never are we packing up shop 30 minutes before close. You should be ashamed of the establishment and the people you have working. DO BETTER!

This place was bad. The woman taking the orders was incredibly rude. Seemed as if she was intentionally so.I came in she she basically screamed asking if I ordered online, then barks out at me what do you want . While making my 1st sandwich she proceeded to complain to one of her two coworkers about people ordering online and how one guy always orders online but gets there early to wait and how it makes no sense, he should stop wasting their time ordering online and just cont stand in the line and order.She complained so much she couldn 't hear me several times asking to order a 2nd sandwich. She then asked the person behind me what they wanted. Then seems upset when I spoke up again asking to order a second sandwich. She was just so incredibly rude I almost walked out. Also all the Letice eas wilted and looked brownish. Just a bad experience over all.
