If it were possible, I would rate this place lower than one star due to this alarming health violation. I was simply trying to get some water, but the soda machine mixed soda with the water sporadically, causing chunks of black mold to flow into my water bottle. Not only did I leave without water, but now my water bottle is contaminated with mold and can't be used until I clean and sanitize it. Unsurprisingly, I decided against ordering any food as well. This was one of the most disturbing things I've ever witnessed in a dining establishment. I regret not taking pictures to include with my review.

I arrived 20 minutes before 10 PM, but the doors were locked, and the employees completely ignored us at the door. I also tried to place an online order beforehand, but that didn’t work. I even called, but no one answered. This place seems poorly managed. I would have given it zero stars if I could.

It was di... read more The Subway sign indicated they were open until 10 pm, but when we arrived at 9:15, the employee was inside with the doors locked, already cleaning up. It was disappointing, especially since we wanted to explore their menu.

Every week, there’s a new notice on the door explaining why the restaurant isn’t open. It’s clear they don’t have enough staff to keep things running. This week... read more Every week, there’s a new notice on the door explaining why the restaurant isn’t open. It’s clear they don’t have enough staff to keep things running. This week, they’re temporarily closed, but I suspect this location might be closing permanently soon. Over the summer, they were only open twice out of ten times I tried to get a sub.
