I walked in asked 1 simple question about the menu, i was infront of the menu . She rudely pointed to the register and said get over there ill help you in a minute , then she rolled her eyes and walked away . Keep in mind im the only customer inside . I was wearing a military pull over im a white man in my 40s . Shes a white short hair blonde girls looks to be in her 30s . She was standing facing me . I DIDNT run her down to ask a question . SHE WAS standing right in front of the menu . She made eye contact so i thought she was open to questions . The rudest thing ive ever encountered in a restaurant atmosphere . They simply dont want military people or any of the type there believe that . Simply unbelievable . Just be nice u rude Bit*h . If my wife was there she wouldn't had a little more to say to ur rude as* . To all the other employees im sorry for the outbursts, im a nice guy. I tip well. I eat next door twice aweek ive never had a issue. I WILL NEVER SPEND A DOLLAR OF MY MONEY AT ANY STARBUCKS UNTILL SHES FIRED .

I am shifting from coffee to tea and had many questions. Nick was pleasant and EXTREMELY patient with me. She explained the difference between the tea flavors and the sweeteners.I was deeply touched by her knowledge and kindness! This was not my 1st positive experience at this Starbucks either. The manager has gone above and beyond helping me in the past with trying to find a particular cup I wanted to give as a gift and Christmas.Every time I have gone in this Starbucks is incredibly clean, tables are always clean. The trash is never overflowing. Napkins are full. Restrooms are clean with toilet paper, soap and well maintained. Every time I'm there the food selection is plentiful as well! They also have a large variety of cups, straws, lids and coffees to buy.I highly recommend this Starbucks!!!OUTSTANDING!Parking: The Starbucks shares a parking lot with AKA sushi and when they are open parking is at a minimum. Fortunately, there's a rapid turnover of people picking up orders at Starbucks. There tends to be a very long drive through line at peak times ... so it's easier to find a parking spot and go in to pick your order.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp from the parking lot up to the door entrance to Starbucks. However, entering Starbucks you would have to make a tight right turn as you enter.

I found it a bit strange that you need to get a passcode from the staff to access the restrooms. As for parking, it surrounds the building, but the signs are not very clear about the one-way directions, even though the parking spots in front of the store are angled. Regarding wheelchair accessibility, there's a ramp outside, and the entrance has a single wide door.
