The owner needs to step up because this sonic stays packed most of the time. The food is great and I haven't really ever had any bad servicethat I can remember.

Long wait. ALWAYS forget something but there?s no point in buzzing back in because it takes 5 minutes for someone to answer, even if you get it fixed it?s not right. Somethings always made wrong. Has majorly gone down hill the lastcouple of years. Foods ok still but never right and I?m guessing it?s the manager there now that?s always yelling and givingcustomers attitudes once you try to get your order fixed.

One of the... read more Initially, the staff had trouble hearing our order, even when we raised our voices. They also forgot some items, forcing us to pay again to get them. One of the items we did receive was incorrect, and after taking our receipt to address the issue, we waited 20 minutes for them to return. When we pressed the button again, they ignored us. After 35 minutes of waiting to resolve the mistake, it became clear that service was unprofessional. The orders were consistently incorrect, and the food was overcooked and not worth the wait. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

They claim to uphold Sonic's motto of "Sonic revolutionized the ordering process by using curbside speakers that allowed customers to place food orders without ever leaving their cars. This technology spawned the slogan Service at the Speed of Sound." However, I found myself having to exit my vehicle to place my order and even had to honk my horn. It was an embarrassing experience, and Sonic should be ashamed. The assistant manager, Towany Harris, was quite unapologetic and unprofessional. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with Tim, the area supervisor, or Daniel Campbell, the store manager.
