Reggi's Bbq - Jackson

I was disappointed with my experience at Reggie Barbecue today. Unfortunately, my ribs were burnt during my third visit to the restaurant. I had driven over an hour to bring my elderly mother here, and I had always been pleased before. When we received our order, we noticed the burnt ribs immediately. I brought it to the cashier's attention, and they claimed that was how they were cooked. Even after my mother mentioned they tasted burnt, the manager said the same thing and offered no solution. This lack of customer service left us both unimpressed, especially since this was my mother's first time at the restaurant. I regret bragging about Reggie Barbecue and leaving with an unsatisfactory meal. Overall, a disappointing experience on 08-12-2021 at 5:30 pm, especially considering my order was over $20. Heading back home feeling very unhappy.

The ribs were decent, but nothing remarkable. The brisket was the worst I've ever had - it was boiled before being smoked and had no flavor. I ended up throwing it away because it wasn't worth the money. It lacked a smoke ring and looked more like white pork meat. The Mac and cheese and potato salad were okay. I am still on the search for a good barbecue spot and I hope Cafe is the only place I can rely on because Reggie's was a complete failure. The picture of the brisket they served was laughable and they should be ashamed to call it brisket.

Many bbq places are either good at the meat and meh at the sides, or good at the sides, meh on the meat. reggie makes both amazing! I will tell everyone I know to go in this area that it is a must to stop. have the most amazing ribs here, but the roasted okra. *cook kiss* I had never better roasted okra.

On the way back to new york found my friend and I found this amazing gem for a quick bite to eat before I came back 12 hours on the road. the staff was so friendly and soothing. the food was excellent!

Workers were very nice. the order was immediately out. but we said they had the best of theirs and it was very disappointing. it looked like cut roast beef. I'm sorry.
