The food was outstanding—not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor beyond my expectations. Any local restaurant claiming to serve Cajun cuisine should take a page from Red Bones. The portions were generous and fairly priced, making the 80-mile drive well worth it. If you find yourself in Jackson, TN, definitely stop by Red Bones—I’m sure you’ll want to come back!
