What User likes about Red Lobster:
here at 11:00 o'clock about 3 cars in wait 30 minutes on table there was another party in our section now there is 12:40 no eating yet only water service is as slow as snail mail. that was wonderful when it came. I'm gonna make it cold until I have no personal View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Red Lobster:
customer service is absorbent. we stood and waited for 20 minutes only for the hostess. she never showed that an older guy got our names and he was rude and dismissed. we finally set ourselves 9 minutes before closing, they think we were there like 9:05 and there were hardly any guests there. the food was not worth waiting! at least our server was halfway decent.
