The shrimp basket is now $16, which I believe is a $4 hike, and it no longer includes hushpuppies; you have to order those separately for an additional $8! The fries were lukewarm, likely because the first few orders sat on the counter getting cold—put them under a heat lamp while waiting for the rest to finish! There were no sides offered besides fries and coleslaw. The only reason I am giving two stars is that the shrimp was good. It’s just a minute away by car, but I would rather drive the 15 minutes to other options in the area where I can spend much less.

The dr... read more We had a fantastic visit today! After filling up the boat, we decided to dock and have lunch. Our server, Jack, was exceptional throughout the afternoon. The drinks were nice and cold, the food was just right, and the service from everyone was outstanding. We ordered the shrimp sandwich, fried chicken sandwich, kids' meals, cheesecake, and chocolate cake, and everything was delicious!

The service was disappointing; there were five waitresses on duty, yet customers had to repeatedly seek them out just to place their orders. The only highlight of the experience was the cold beer.

From the time our order was taken until our food was brought to the table, it was over 50 minutes in duration. Not once during that time did our waiter come by... read more From the time our order was taken until our food was brought to the table, it was over 50 minutes in duration. Not once during that time did our waiter come by the table. The frustrating thing was that 4-5 waitresses were standing at the doorway BSing almost the entire time. When our food finally came to the table, 6 out of the 7 meals were cold (the 7th meal was a chicken salad sandwich). The most frustrating thing was the bread tie that my daughter found in here chicken salad. Unfortunately she was chewing it at the time. The only positive of the evening was we were not charged, but this only occurred when my wife complained twice.
