While it was promptly replaced and we even gave the delivery driver an extra tip for the inconvenience, it felt like a minor hiccup. However, we’ve experienced something far worse recently. Yesterday, we ordered subs as part of a $93 order. To be fair, the subs cost $21, but that’s about $8.50 each—plus an additional 50 cents for just three sliced black olives, $1.91 for pepperoni, and $1.59 for extra cheese. There was no discount for the burnt blackened bread and wilted, slimy lettuce, which came without any dressing. We were told we could call for replacements, but I doubt we’d go through that hassle again. The phone operator was friendly and tried to resolve the issue, but the owner or manager refused to process a refund. The delivery drivers, on the other hand, have always been courteous and well-deserving of tips. Here’s a final thought: the staff should seriously consider standing up and getting rid of the boss. We’d happily continue to support the crew, but a business owner who won’t refund errors has no place in the food industry.

I ordered dinner for my children who were at home with a sitter while my husband and I left for a dinner ourselves. I placed my delivery order online, paid, and went about my night. When I returned home to find that it had not been delivered, I realized I had 2 missed calls from them (my phone was silenced) regardless, I called pizza hotline and a woman answered I stated that I had placed a delivery order and it had not been delivered she cut me off to ask what's the address, I didn't even get my complete address out and she barked that she called twice and we are out of the delivery area. I'm now well aware they tried to call, and completely understand but I am so disgusted but this woman and they way she spoke to me. We'll not dine here anymore.

There's crusty cheese behind the pizza station... read more The amount of dust in this building would indicate that the last cleaning of this place was over 10 years ago.... There's crusty cheese behind the pizza station in the window.. the elderly people working here kept wiping sweat off there face with their hands and going right back to making pizza ... If anyone else made pizzas this good I would go there but safe serve training is needed here badly
