While it was promptly replaced and we even gave the delivery driver an extra tip for the inconvenience, it felt like a minor hiccup. However, we’ve experienced something far worse recently. Yesterday, we ordered subs as part of a $93 order. To be fair, the subs cost $21, but that’s about $8.50 each—plus an additional 50 cents for just three sliced black olives, $1.91 for pepperoni, and $1.59 for extra cheese. There was no discount for the burnt blackened bread and wilted, slimy lettuce, which came without any dressing. We were told we could call for replacements, but I doubt we’d go through that hassle again. The phone operator was friendly and tried to resolve the issue, but the owner or manager refused to process a refund. The delivery drivers, on the other hand, have always been courteous and well-deserving of tips. Here’s a final thought: the staff should seriously consider standing up and getting rid of the boss. We’d happily continue to support the crew, but a business owner who won’t refund errors has no place in the food industry.

Started ordering from here after moving to the west end of town and have been satisfied each time we’ve ordered. Pizza, sandwiches, stuffed bread, and turtle brownies are amongst our favs on the menu. Service is always great even when they are busy, timely arrival with hot food, and later night deliveries for the win!

Growing up on real Chicago pizza, thin cracker crust, this fit the bill just fine. Sadly, they only negative I have is that they don't deliver my direction (probably a good thing). Very friendly staff as well. We will be regulars now. If you can't stand the overhyped pizza options in Jackson, give Pizza Hotline a try!
