Panda Express - Jackson

The menu had a limited selection, but the staff was willing to accommodate additional requests. The employees were friendly, and the manager ensured that everything was to our satisfaction. Overall, it was a pleasant experience dining outside on the street.

Dried out orange chicken, unfortunately I got a double entree of it because it's awesome at other Panda Express locations. No DP or regular Coke on ice but the cherry coke in the fountain was the best part of the meal unfortunately. Employees were nice.

Just a general lack of care about doing anything Many things were approaching empty No-one seemed to want to make any fresh items. Only the girl who was preparing meals seemed to be doing anything out of 6 or 7 people working

This is the 1st time I've had a bad experience here and I've been here alot. Brought a friend with me and I doubt she comes back. Our food was burnt, dry, tasted funny and the employees that we had were rude and not friendly at all.

Signage light was off at 815 when they're open til 9. Rude and unhelpful staff, had only two items up and was told they wouldn't be cooking any more though they were supposedly still open for nearly an hour. Management should be ashamed.
