Our food was burnt, dry, taste... read more This is the 1st time I've had a bad experience here and I've been here alot. Brought a friend with me and I doubt she comes back. Our food was burnt, dry, tasted funny and the employees that we had were rude and not friendly at all.

The food was good. a person on the line filling bowls, as she also gets replacement for food. I can never get teriyaki huh. would be a better system to let some... read more The food was good. a person on the line filling bowls, as she also gets replacement for food. I can never get teriyaki huh. would be a better system to let someone constantly refill food so that the line moves. but her system is a person who does everything. After all, the guy who looked like the manager made my teller, but somehow muttered as if the girl was going too slow? he also told me I had to wait 7 minutes if I wanted to be a rush, but if I asked about the Teriyaki chicken, he just said they didn't.

On several occasions at different locations in diff... read more Panda express in general has left me angry many times, usually because of the hrs their supposed to be open. On several occasions at different locations in different states I've drove 15 to 45 min and upon arrival they are closed when they shouldbe open, and 2 times I ordered online and came to pick up and was told they were closed.....2hrs early and that the managerwould refund my credit card. Took 3 more calls to get my refund......both times
