After waiting for 15 minutes without being seated, I was finally directed to park my car even though the restaurant was not busy. I decided to go inside to find out what the delay was. I discovered that the manager was only 17 years old and seemed inexperienced in managing the restaurant's operations and customer service. The staff could definitely benefit from better training.
Food was all hot and delicious and fresh!But that parking lot entryway surrounding the Krystals needs some serious work! you could seriously pop a tire on those holes!!I realize it's Jackson but it makes visiting this Krystal's very difficult!
The spicy wings are fantastic. Customer service could be improved; the folks got the drink orders wrong.
When they do get around to, EVENTUALLY take my drive through order, it was COMPLETELY wrong. Sandwiches AND drink. Got sour attitudes all round from beginning to end. Dirty store and pot holes all over parking lot. NEVER goin back. ????????
Horrible never eating their again. Parking lot has major pot holes. For the wait time I thought my food would have been perfect. Fries were horrible. Sweet tea was hot with no ice.
