Atmosphere is a 4 because about 5 times I been down there someone is trying to start a fight or a fight is breaking out. Service is a 3 mainly don't think it's the waitresses fault. Mainly do to the lack of design of the bar. It's hard as hell to get a drink on a busy night and everyone crowds the bar that already has a drink.
