The staff was polite, quick, and communicated. So refreshing to go to a small town fast food place and have staff that doesn't look like they don't want to work. We are from a small town and were raised better. Kudos KFC Jackson crew! View all feedback.

Never get all my food in the order and you can never call back because the phone is always busy I call forb6 hours the last time with no answer!!!
The food was good and arrived hot, although it took a few minutes. The service was friendly.
I ordered a three-piece tender meal with macaroni and cheese, but I received a three-piece leg meal with mashed potatoes instead. While I was there, I noticed a woman who had gone through the drive-thru had to come inside twice. The first time was because she was still waiting for her order, and the second time was because she received the wrong order.
Staff is very lazy.... really need to reevaluate the workers in this place... this is the last time I eat here
We got there at 11 so it was before the rush. The place was DISGUSTING. Food on all the tables. The picture of the drink stains is the table we sat at (there were drink stains or food stains on every table so it was just a pick the least gross thing)The drink dispenser/counter nasty. No lids stocked and gross inside where the lids would even go. Obviously the place wasn 't cleaned from the day before. The staff made us feel like it was was an issue we chose to dine in. The ONLY decent thing about eating there was the fact our food was fixed fresh but that 's prob only bc it was still early. Yet the entire time I was eating I was worried about how nasty it prob was where our food was fixed ? I never complain but I just couldn 't even with this. These pictures do NOT do it justice.
